My name is Laszlo, but you can call me just Laz. Health, fitness, and martial arts have been central to my life from a young age.

I wanted to know what I could do to be the best version of myself—not just to achieve the body I envisioned or feel comfortable in my skin, but to stay fit, healthy and strong both mentally and physically. That desire pushed me to dig deeper into science to find answers. Curiosity turned into a passion that drives me to keep learning and following fresh scientific results about health, exercise, nutrition, longevity and well-being.

As a teenager, I wanted to learn self-defense, so I began training in boxing and later explored other martial arts too. Along the way, I realized that these sports not only teach valuable skills, but can also be an engaging and challenging addition to cardio exercises.

Since 2017, I've been helping others to be the best version of themselves too. As a certified personal trainer, I focus on understanding each person's unique needs and challenges to provide personalized support.

Machines are not mandatory; I can provide the necessary equipment for you.
